Board of Directors

SRTA is governed by a five-member Board of Directors that is chaired by the governor. Per statute, board membership is made up of a) the Director of Planning and Budget (OPB); b) the Georgia Department of Transportation Commissioner (GDOT); c) Lt. Governor appointee; and d) Speaker of the House appointee.

The board meets on an as needed basis to approve the Authority budget and conduct Authority business. Public notice of SRTA Board meetings is published on SRTA's website and in the Fulton County Daily Record. Board members are:
