SRTA acquires goods and services through the competitive bid process. This may be done through the issuance of Request for Quotes (RFQ) or Request for Proposals (RFP). Contractors resulting from RFQs are determined from responsive and responsible bidders meeting all requirements (specifications) that are lowest in cost.
